Soluvery develops software applications and solutions for Google Workspace, including productivity, workflow automation, governance, compliance, and security tools. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations, renewals, and refunds are handled for all Soluvery products and services.
Subscription Billing
Soluvery offers subscription-based services that may be billed monthly, annually, or under a custom enterprise agreement. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing period and are processed securely through Stripe. Soluvery does not store or process customer payment card information directly.
Automatic Renewals
Unless canceled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Soluvery and its payment processor to charge applicable subscription fees for future renewal periods until canceled.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation requests must be submitted by an authorized account owner or billing administrator.
What Happens When You Cancel
When a subscription is canceled, automatic renewal is disabled, no future subscription charges will occur, and the subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. Access to paid features may be limited or removed after the subscription expires.
Refund Policy
Monthly and annual subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Exceptions may be considered at Soluvery's sole discretion in cases such as duplicate payments, billing errors, accidental purchases, or technical issues that prevent service activation. Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the original charge.
Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or billed in error, please contact [email protected]. Verified billing errors will be corrected and eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Refund Processing
When approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times depend on Stripe, your financial institution, and payment provider and may take several business days.
Free Trials
Soluvery may offer free trials, promotional access, or evaluation periods for certain products. Trial functionality may be limited and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Unless otherwise specified, access may be restricted when a trial period ends unless a paid subscription is activated.
Enterprise Agreements
Customers operating under a separate enterprise agreement, order form, reseller agreement, or negotiated contract may be subject to different cancellation, renewal, or refund terms. In the event of a conflict, the applicable agreement will govern.
Changes to This Policy
Soluvery may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
